What drivers have written

“Ivy Charging stations has to be the worst EV station people can charge at. I arrived with 17% SOC and plugged into a station only to find out you need $50 in your IVY account in order to start charging. Unlike FLO or EV CONNECT CANADA which only require a small amout of money to be in ones account to charge an EV,this brand is to expensive for charging. I plugged in at 17% and the station stopped charging at 25% for a charging session of only 8% SOC and the smallest charging fee ever of $8.70. I went to a 50kw/h FLO charging station and paid $32 to charge from 25% to 90%. This station is horrible and hopefully will be replaced by FLO OR EV CONNECT CANADA in the future.” — AdMan1903 L, 7 months ago

“I visited again but IVY-0147 failed 4 times in a row with isolation timeout error. 0148 was busy. In 2023 I used IVY-0147 CCS and received 120kW. I expected 145kW. Good location near ON-403, near 4 fast-food options. Detracting elements: only pull-in parking; short cables (well, poor charger design); no shelter.” — Oliver Wilcock, a year ago

“Friday July 24. All chargers out of service. Terrible reliability. Ivy customer support is an AI bot, no assistance at all” — Larry B, a month ago
