“U can feel some of the vibrations of cars passing by downwards if they’re going faster than the norm allowed here when you’re charging ur Tesla here. The Tesla supercharging is at the B1 level aka near the lower level near the basement. It’s continently placed and even has direct regular parking spots across from the super chargers. This was the cheapest near my CSUF university at 0.40/kWh. And when it gets busy it rises to 0.50. There is plenty of shade and natural lighting at the lower end of the Tesla super charging spots.
