“Awful. Pull up to the charger. Can't simply pay for a charge. Need to download app first. Strike one. Download app, create profile, insert payment info. Scan QR code and it takes me to a website instead of opening the app and taking me to the charging station page. Strike two. Enter station ID and the app prompts me to pick which charger I'm using (1 or 2). Scour the charging unit looking for a number next to each handle. Nothing. Strike three. Try both 1 and 2, and both fail to initiate charge. Strike four. Check my banking app and see I have a pending charge on my credit card despite not getting any electricity from this station.
