“Charging stations didn't have a serial number anywhere on the front as described in the app. QR code on the screen didn't identify the charger from the app either. One of three stations was out of order without any sign or indication. No prices posted. Charging did eventually work, after my card got charged twice to get it to start. “It was where it was advertised to be, 4 of the 6 stations are operational, and it eventually functioned. However - all the other reviews that said that the instructions and app were deeply confusing and hard to work were also correct. With help from another EV owner who luckily happened to be here, we eventually figured out thar the secret is: 1. connect the charger to your vehicle FIRST (there’s a button the release the charge port from the unit - you need to push this, not just grab it) 2. THEN tap (or may chip / swipe) your credit card. Note: app not needed for this process. No documentation for how much you’re paying will be provided.
