“So far… not a fan. I really wanted to like this charger, as it’s fairly close to my home. However, I don’t. My first time using it has been.. unimpressive to say the least. They tried authorizing my card 3x, they wouldn’t let the authorization go for way too long considering I wasn’t even successful in getting my car charged. I ended up calling the 1866 number that’s on the machine and they ended up doing a hard reset on the machine. As the machine was turning back on my $50 hold was removed. Finally got the car to start charging, and the highest kilowatt hour we saw was 51 and that was only for a second. Within five minutes, they decided it was done charging, even though my car was only at 40 something percent and it just stopped. Needless to say, I will not be utilizing this again, I am far from impressed… also the pricing is $0.65/kWh which I find really high in comparison to the other place that I’ve been charging.
