“I regularly use the ChargePoint charger located at the Hilton Garden Inn – Brookfield Conference Center for my 2024 Chevy Equinox EV. While there is only one designated EV charging parking spot, there are two charging ports available. Unfortunately, it's common for other hotel guests to park near the charger, which can make accessing the second charging cable difficult. I’d kindly suggest that hotel management consider designating additional EV-only parking spots or better signage to help improve accessibility for electric vehicle users. When I use the charger, I do my best to park in a way that allows another vehicle to utilize the second port. The charger itself is a Level 2, so it charges slowly—perfect if you’re staying overnight and have time to top off. Overall, I recommend both the charger and the hotel. The amenities and staff have made every stay a positive experience.” — Kendall Marie, a year ago

“Positive - it is at front of Hilton and it works. Negative - it is slowwww. Took 4h to get 67 miles at $2/h it makes about 12 cents/mile that is relatively expensive for what u getting. I have no problems paying premium but it has to be DC charging. Adjusted my rating to 2 stars after second charge today and finding out that if another EV is connected the speed of charging goes down significantly. Second charge - 4.5h and only 54 miles!
