“Location doesn't work and you have to pay to park while you charge. Called customer service and was told the don't have a credit card reader configured to the unit. Well, if you know that, then what's the holdup with getting it fixed? Drove from more than 30 minutes away, paid for parking, and THEN found it didn't work. Terrible experience and this is what makes people hate on EVs. Edit: was called by customer service and they tried to get us sorted out.
