“We went twice to get our EV charged. First time I called the support center for EV Connect to understand the process and he was super helpful and helped us charge. We completed our charge at about 80% within 50 minutes or so. My rating below is based on the first time. The second time we came, there was a vehicle charging but showing an error and with no one in the car. There was an option for blink and it was unsuccessful. We were stretched thin with miles so finally found moss BMW to get the car charged but took 30 minutes to get 2%. This is good for emergency but otherwise Electrify Americ charging station or GM energy is the way to go.” — Dharshini M, a year ago
