“Long lines. All 6 charging stations are rarely working and are down for days. Connecting with an app on your phone so cumbersome, unlike Tesla, just plug in and charge. Also, nearly double the price per kwh than others. Electrify America app will show that a charging station is available, and it could actually be totally powered off. I went through this on a long road trip. I changed from Electrify America to another charging station provider, and I am so much better off. Total convenient charging, I haven't had to wait in a line, and all charging stations work all of the time. Less costly than Electrify America. Drop this outfit if you can. You will be glad you did.
