“Pulled right up to this charger. Plugged in and payment was automatically authorized and a charge session initiated. However, nothing happened. The screen displayed a message that charging would begin when power became available. A Leaf was charging directly opposite on the ChaDaMo connector. The system should advise about this condition BEFORE plugging in, payment authorization and charging session instantiation!
