“Chargers are not where the map says they are. They are closer to the airport on the southwest entrance to target lot. Only 3 fast chargers here while the EA over by Walmart has 10. Not sure why they think there’s less demand here. One inconsiderate unoccupied vehicle staying parked at the charger is finished charging but hasn’t moved in half an hour. They are paying .40 per minute penalty but in the meantime 6 cars are in a self regulated line thinking about slashing their tires. At least there’s a Starbucks nearby if you’d like a drink. No trash cans at the chargers, and as a result plenty of litter and hundreds of cigarette butts everywhere.” — Joseph G, 9 months ago

“Electrify America provides fast and convenient EV charging, but there needs to be a better system for organizing waiting cars. The chargers are reliable and offer good speeds, making it a great stop for EV owners. However, during peak hours, there’s no clear line structure for waiting vehicles, which can cause congestion and obstruct traffic for shoppers trying to park. A designated waiting area or clearer guidelines would make the experience much smoother for everyone.
