“Well we have the charge point app. And when we tried to start The charger with the app it said payment only valid for free chargers.Looked in account info and it has my debit card listed..had to start the charger with my physical card so ended up having to pay extra which is not cool.Trying to open a claim with charge point and it keeps kicking me out... The charging process is not supposed to be so stressful...
