“This location has only two charging units, which leads to a long waiting time most of the day. Realistically, come here only if you have around 40 minutes to wait and another 40 minutes to charge. At times, the queue stretches even longer, especially when more than two vehicles are already charging. The station is busy almost 24/7, which says a lot about the demand. On the positive side, the chargers are very reliable — they’re never down or “tired” 😄. At night, the area feels a bit isolated, with very little foot traffic, so keep that in mind. Overall, this spot clearly needs additional charging units. BC Hydro, please consider adding more chargers here to match the demand.” — Meraki Reflection, 7 months ago

“The chargers are reliable, easy to access and have fair pricing. There are two major issues. There are only two chargers and people have horrendous EV charing etiquette. BC Hydro should have installed two to four more chargers and should limit people's stay to only 40 minutes. There are far too many people sitting for far too long (90 minutes plus).
