“1 Star – They’re Literally Misleading People Calling this a “supercharger” while delivering only 26 kW is a complete joke. I arrived with 35% battery expecting a quick charge, but it was painfully slow. In 2026, this kind of speed is unacceptable. Labeling this as fast charging is clearly misleading advertising. On top of that, they charged $25 for this terrible performance. For this speed, that price is pure opportunism. No speed, no real service quality—yet premium pricing. A total disappointment. Taking advantage of people who urgently need to charge is unethical. They make you wait for hours and then charge you a serious amount. This business wastes both your time and your money. If you urgently need to charge, do not rely on this place. If you have any alternative, definitely choose somewhere else. “17 chargers but 5 were fenced off and out of commission. Easy to find tho. P2 level, B & C section. Go down ramp, from Lougheed Hwy, take first right and then first left and follow it around to the left (follow letters in pillar). Was busy but it was moving fast.
