“CCS DC ports got fused together at the beginning of charge - very strong smell and could not disconnect it at end of charge. Called customer support for assistance, they were helpful over the phone but could not give me an ETA for a technician. I was able to finally get the charge cable disconnected after giving it a FIRM pull. The damage was already done and Electrify Canada refused to cover damages. “One of the most expensive charging fee I have seen in Canada. Normally we see 0.3-0.4$/kW even when paying by time or kW. They charged 0.78 $ kW and and idle fee too. Had to struggle with plugging and unplugging on one of the unit due to payment error. Moved to other station and did not face any issues with payment there.
