What drivers have written

“Located in the middle of the garage, this station is not terribly hard to locate but it’s needlessly complex, expensive, and the app barely works. It’s yet another random company that will feast on your data and waste your time. Took over 5 mins just to get all the info entered and start charging. Truly pathetic compared to EVGO and tesla. Do better, Boston. 32 amp charging power, equates to around 10-20 miles per hour on most EVs. It’s better than a 120V wall plug, but just barely. If you really need it, it’s good to have - but annoying in so many ways. Have “fun”. (Standard J1772, adapt to your car if needed)” — Noah, 4 months ago

“Chargers are prominently advertised as “free”. They are not only not free, they’re not available at all - you have to install an app. After doing so you see the chargers are $0.25/Kw. Then when you try to actually start a charge the app says you have to be a “member”, which requires someone from the garage presumably to setup? It’s not clear, there are no instructions. So - blatantly illegal false advertising on a product you can’t even use if you even want to at that point. I can’t imagine how much the rest of the hotel is a rip off with this first impression.” — Eric H, 2 years ago
