“Literally watched a Tesla pull into the handicap spot without a placard while I was walking in, which was already soured my mood before I even walked through the door. But honestly, the service completely turned it around becuase the guy behind the counter was super understanding and got me sorted out fast for an adapter I forgot at home. No line inside, the place was pretty clean for a charging shop, even had a little bench perfectly positioned in the shade to wait five or ten minutes...
