“My experience with ChargePoint is not a good one so far. This is my second time in two days of traveling, using a 125KW charging station. The problem is the CP app does not recognize the charging unit I’m standing in front of.. nor does the app recognize the number on the charge unit after you type it in. Several times. After wasting your time clicking on the map and getting a general messages that CP is not seeing your location. I had to call the 800 number asking the CP representative to location the units which is POORLY identified, then starting the charging process… which took 18 minutes!!! My advise to anyone using CP chargers is to have the CP card on hand… or just call the CP 800 number. The app will “waste” your time.” — Richard White, 4 years ago

“UPDATE: As of today, 12.5.23, this is still SUPER TERRIBLE! Horrible speed on charging! They might as well close this location! HORRIBLE! Ever since Schnucks decided to turn the power down, this has become a major problem in the Cape area. There’s no reason to have it turned down!
