“Update Apr 2026 - got fooled again trying to come back. Both CCS connections out of order. 2024- Unsuccessful charging at both stations. Called customer service twice and they were unable to resolve the issues. I really wish charging stations would accept your credit card and just operate, or even be able to operate using the touch screen on the station. Not fun having to navigate an app in the cold and having to go back and forth between the phone and the station touch screen. My experiences with Ivy stations in general so far has been about 50/50. “It worked, but it fed about 41 kW while my car can take 70 kW, and it's priced per time and not per kWh, which is unfair. I got about 13 kWh and it took 20 minutes, and the bill was $8. I think Ivy needs to do better. Really do give 50 kW, and charge by the kWh, and not per time, and make the price more reasonable as it's too high right now. I'll use it only if I don't have another option. EDIT: Charged again. 45 kW. I have to say, the charger is reliable and convenient and it really helped me out.” — Mike -, 2 years ago
