“Works great… 1 unit is unavailable, so only 2 chargers are working right now” — Dave Parrish, in the last week

“I stopped at this Flying J twice in the same day, and unfortunately had the same experience both times. There were long checkout lines about 3–6 customers waiting, yet only one cashier was actively checking people out (at her own pace). Meanwhile, there were several other employees, including what appeared to be a manager, standing around talking with each other without making any effort to open a 2nd register or insterested helping move the line. Most of the customers looked like truck drivers who seemed confused and annoyed like myself due to the number of people just hanging out but only one register open. Everyone was left waiting while the staff showed little sense of urgency. Less important note, there were no lids available for the XL fountain drinks, and one of 2 ice machines was out of service. Flying J is usually one of my preferred stops, so this experience was disappointing. I hope management places a greater focus on customer service, keeping supplies stocked, and opening additional registers during busy times.
