“Would have given this EV Connect charging location five stars, except that sometimes all charging slots are filled with cars that are not charging. Some of the cars occupying charging slots are not even plugged in. Maybe EV Connect should invoice customers for every minute that they are plugged in and not charging? That would help with the EVs that are plugged-in but no longer charging. This is a Hilton Home2Suites location, so to handle the customers who emerge from their room and walk down to the charging location to unplug their car but (unbelievably) leave their car in the charging slot, Hilton should post a sign that your car is subject to tow, if it's parked in the charging slot but charging is not taking place.” — Doug in LA, 2 years ago
