What drivers have written
“These appear to not function but after reading reviews on other sites with this charger, there is a method to get it to work. You need to go through the app Here’s what worked: - On right unit (463), start charge in the app. It’ll say it failed, but the charger will beep - Plug in car - “Start” button on the physical unit will glow. Press it Boom, charging” — Tiffany Sohmer, 2 months ago
“This charger has never worked since the switch to ChargeLab. I used to rely on it every week, but it hasn’t been usable for months. It’s extremely misleading, and potentially dangerous, to have these chargers listed as available on maps when they’re completely non-functional. Travelers could easily end up stranded because your system reports these as active when they clearly aren’t. This needs to be fixed immediately.” — Jacob Rosener, 9 months ago
“We are traveling from out of town. I had read about this charger online. I tried to set up an account a few weeks in advance and received a card at home. When I made it to the charger, that card didn’t do me any good. I wasn’t able to actually use it to use the charging machine. However, I was able to open the app on my phone and load $10 onto my account. After I did that the charger worked fine. It is a CCS charger and currently thinks that I will be able to get 60% battery in about 1 hour 20 minutes.” — Brandon R, 2 years ago
