What drivers have written

“This charging site opened May of 2023 and started out great, except for the $2.00 session fee. A year later and the site is non-functional most of the time. As of June 2024 mostly unusable. Talking to customer service it sounds like EVRange can not get the manufacture out to repair the units. Customer service was very help and empathic. They were willing to keep resetting the last working unit when it overheated so I could get a 70% charge. I said it was not necessary as I had other charging options and was not stranded. I was told The EVRange was most likely going to pull the. units and replace them with a different manufacture. BUT that will take several month if not a year. August 2024 NEW hardware has been installed. Charging is back to normal. The dropped the $2 session fee but raised the per kWh charge to $0.58. Which is expensive. I talked to the CFO at RVrange and he said the high rate was due to the way Nevada Power rates are structured.” — Greg Powers, a year ago

“Unfortunately it does not work for teslas. I have my charging adapter and that doesn’t connect because the lip connected to the charger outlet.” — Lauren Pacheco, 5 months ago

“I had a fine experience, this was my first time charging an EV ever. It was hassle free, I already setup the app at home before charging. My session averaged 105 KwH. The charge was $.58/KW no additional fees.” — Dennis, a year ago
