“The chargers worked great and consistently delivered up to 175 kW. There’s plenty of room to keep your trailer hooked up while charging, which is a huge plus if you’re towing. The only downside was that the charger wouldn’t start on its own. I had to call customer support, and they were able to remotely start the session. Fortunately, the phone number is clearly displayed on the charger, so getting help was easy.
