“I found it to be quick and easy to charge without the app. I waited 11min to get from about 50% to 80%. The speed started at 230kw and dropped to 140kw. “This Electrify America charging station has improved greatly in recent months. You'll note by the photos of this Google Maps profile that the EVSE hardware was replaced within the past year. I come here on a regular basis and generally had a great (fast, reliable) charging experience. Starting the charging session is easy: Plug in, then initiate in the Electrify America app. They recently set a cap on our SOC at 85% which is a good thing - this has significantly reduced the wait times, which used to be a serious issue at this location. Charger availability has improved drastically since this was implemented, most times I don't have to wait at all. The chargers are next to a Target which has water fountains, a water refill station, and restrooms you can use. There is also a Starbucks inside the Target.” — Greg C., 8 months ago

“Shame on Electrify America. This is the only charger in this area and people from Fuquay, Apex, Pittsboro drive 20-30 miles to reach here, the closest charger from where they live. There are 3 chargers and usually one of them does not work. One charger’s delivery speed is reduced on purpose. There is always a queue and you have to wait more than half an hour.
