What drivers have written

“This is the location I use the most because I live in town and I will say that most of the time the experience charging here is okay. Walmart and the surrounding restaurants are nice to have. Speeds are good generally. The issues I’ve encountered is the location of the chargers - for some reason it’s in the middle of the busiest part of the parking lot. It would be nice to be off to the side The angled parking stalls confuses people causing people to use the wrong machine for the stall they’re parked in. (People don’t know they can back in so they don’t cause two machines to be unavailable at once) Trash around the chargers (not necessarily Electrify America’s fault but it is telling of the area) Usually at least one machine is down (mostly charger #1)” — Jake Watts, 3 months ago

“I’ve used the Electrify America station at 1741 E Florence Blvd in Casa Grande, and unfortunately my experience here has been very different from some of the better EA locations. At this site, I ran into multiple issues that ultimately led to a credit card dispute and a report to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. The problems included sessions that did not appear to terminate correctly, discrepancies between what the app showed and what my vehicle reflected, and billing that did not align with the charging history on my truck. In at least one instance, the charging session data shown in the EA app did not match what was actually delivered to the vehicle. Even more concerning, I experienced an issue where my session remained open in the app after I had disconnected, resulting in other users charging under my account. That is not just inconvenient, it raises serious billing and account security concerns. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with Electrify America and requested documentation to clarify the charges and session logs. I did not receive a meaningful response, which left me no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and elevate the issue. Fast charging infrastructure only works if drivers can trust that billing is accurate and sessions close properly. In my experience at this Casa Grande location, that trust was undermined. I hope Electrify America improves monitoring, session logging transparency, and customer support follow through at this site, because reliability and billing integrity are just as important as charging speed.” — Joe Wolfe, 6 months ago

“I've had good experiences with Electrify America in most locations, but this one was the worst by far. Out of only a few stations, two were out of order. I could not get my Electrify America app to work with this location as it kept reverting to "guest" mode so I had to pay "guest" pricing, which was much more expensive, despite the fact I pay my membership fee each month. Lastly, the cables do not reach very far so I had to position my vehicle awkwardly in order to get it to reach in the only open spot that worked. Overall, I was glad to get charged up, but very disappointed in this location and glad to be out of there.” — John Haggart, 4 months ago
