Access was fine , however the sign at the entrance to the parking lot indicates the lot is for [those conducting] county business only at the adjacent county building, and all others will be towed during business hours. It's not clear if this applies to the changing spots. “These chargers are very affordable and not crowded at all! Surprised there are not more reviews. The only thing is this is the weirdest parking lot entrance ever - there are 2 entrances/exits with curb cuts into a narrow alley street and you have to drive through parking spots to enter/exit.
