“If I ever use CHARGEPOINT, it means I’m desperate!! Their customer service is terrible, with their products not being worse. Very slow for a DC charger, always software glitches. No help from overseas customer service. If a Tesla supercharger gets installed in town, this thing will never be used ! Someone got so mad they smashed the screen on the adjacent charger. “As of February 11, 2026: The parking lot that these chargers sit on is currently under construction, with one charger down completely. It’s difficult to get access to the working one as you have to park on the opposite side of the charger. Do not rely on this charger for the time being. Received average of 150kw charge on 2025 Ioniq 5, so it was a quick charge, but I would have stopped in Fort Payne had I known about the construction.
