“On June 4, I ran out of energy and had to be towed from the interstate. There was lots of road construction that impeded me getting to a charger as soon as I needed to. I was towed to this charging station. I was placed at a Tesla charger and I have an adapter so I attempted to charge my car using the Tesla adapter which I have done many times before. This time I could not get the charging station to operate after several attempts. After becoming frustrated and lost, a gentleman offered to help push my car down to the regular EV chargers and this charger took off on the first and provided a full charge.
