“The chargers are in a very sorry state , with no maintenance from the company. They get disconnected automatically, voltage fluctuations, the app doesn’t even refund your amount balance. The audacity of the customer care is they hang up the call when you demand a resolution and they have no answer. As if they are doing a favour by answering the call which easily implies that issues in their charging stations are common phenomena. They have a total of 3 charging stations in Chandigarh and none are operational since approx 2 days. The charging station in sector 37 has only one charging Gun and the other gun although probably stolen has never been bothered by the company to be replaced atleast” — lakshya datta, 4 months ago
