What drivers have written
“Chargers are located in the corner of the parking lot. They charge fast and appeared to be a hot spot in the morning with lots of activity! Negatives: Spaces are VERY tight! I own an electric truck and the spots are angled and you had to pull in front facing; anyone that drives a large vehicle knows how difficult it is to park that way. Vehicle next to me had a tiny car and they pulled half way into the spot because they couldn't open the door to get out due to how tight the spaces were. Actual charges had some slight difficulties using because the cables are short; at first I didn't realize the cables had an allowance on them to be pulled. Maybe I'm just a newbie with this feature? Charger itself was positioned very tightly to the vehicle. There was maybe 8-10" distance to access the screen; good thing I'm not fat!” — Brandi Rodriguez, 10 months ago
“Electrify America (EA) seems to keep finding news ways for me to think less and less of them. I pulled up to this location yesterday, 3/4 chargers were undergoing maintenance. 1 had a driver in it just finishing their session. The EA employee working on the chargers instructed me that I couldn't use the about to be empty charger, they were shutting down that too. They suggested I drive ~15 minutes away to another location. I 100% understand the need for maintenance. I appreciate it, I know it's necessary to keep things running smoothly and implement improvements. But has NO ONE at EA Engineering heard of having an A/B groups? You'd think they'd try to at least have 50% of their product available at all times. And, the EA employee couldn't be bothered to let me charge for a bit, and maybe have to stay at the site a little bit longer? Guess my business just isn't desired?! All that said, I did give this 2 stars (reluctantly) because unlike many other EA stations I've used, in the past this station has generally provided me with good speeds. Although that's just another sad statement on the company that I'm somewhat happy that one of their locations works as advertised....” — Mark Keisling Jr., a year ago
“Firstly, the fact that two of the chargers have been down for months is unacceptable. As a company that provides charging solutions for electric cars, Electrify America should have systems in place to ensure that their chargers are operational and available for customers to use. The fact that they have not been able to address this issue in a timely manner is a major letdown for their customers. Furthermore, the safety risk posed by the third charger is concerning. If the plug is not able to lock into cars properly, this could result in potential safety hazards for both the customer and their vehicle.” — David Clark, 3 years ago
