“Filling what would otherwise be an empty pocket of pavement, this massive charging station sits in the corner between the Discount Tire and the onramp for the I‑485 outer loop. Three long aisles of double‑chargers stretch across the space, giving you 12 charging ports in total. They have six of the CCS at 360 kW and six of the CCS at 285 kW, which is more than enough capacity for a steady flow of travelers. When I stopped in on this quiet weekday morning, not a single other EV was charging, so the whole place felt almost oversized for the moment. The location is nicely covered from the elements, which is a welcome touch, but there is not much to occupy your time while you wait. A Circle K sits about 100 yards away if you need a restroom or a quick snack, and a few other options are scattered a little farther out if you feel like stretching your legs. There is also a movie theater nearby, though I am not sure you could comfortably leave your EV here for two hours while you watch a film, even if the idea is tempting on a long day of driving. Koulomb is an interesting name for a chain of EV charging stations. In simple terms, a coulomb is the amount of electric charge you get when one ampere of current flows for one second. “It was okay. It's spacious. Two of the charging stations were out of order and the charging station I used wasn't at the voltage as advertised. It advertised 360 kW. When I connected via the app (which is also an issue: you have to use an app. You can't just use your credit card, I'm not a huge fan of) it said that this specific machine is 240 kW and I have a screenshot that, de facto, it was at 120 kW. so it doesn't charge as fast as advertised.” — Dror Stanitsky, 4 months ago

“Did not work!!! We noticed the signs on the ramp seemed to have erased the koulomb charging station sign and only Tesla charger sign was on. That was a bad sign as we pulled up. The chargers are on a deserted location behind circle k and some of them had green light but didn't work anyway. Tried two - 4b and 3b and none worked. Payment error.
