“1/29/2026. Closed for the past 6 days due to...? I went to charge my car, and it was still closed. Day 6. I parked on the 5th floor and was going to walk to the 6th to see why it has been closed, but I was told by a person sitting in a BMW next to the police tape block off barricade I wasn't allowed to walk to 6th floor. So of course I took the elevator to 6. It's been closed for 6 days because there is some ice in front of the elevator. It's blocked with a barricade, police tape, and being "gaurded,"(?), and no one thought to just pour salt on the ice to melt it so we could charge our cars without driving to Matthews?
