“This Supercharger is conveniently located in Charlton Service Plaza Westbound. It is right next to the parking entrance and only a minute walk from the building. The space was clean and well maintained. Visitors can stop by for food, drinks, snacks and restrooms while the car is charging. There are 8 stalls. “I called Tesla to see if it is available to non-Tesla owners, and they said it was. But it is not in the app for non-Tesla users. They said that it is not available if it's not available in the app. I feel like it is a disservice to the public and that the state of Massachusetts shouldn't allow Tesla to make money off of chargers that aren't open to everybody .
