What drivers have written

“Very disappointed with the service at the Ather Service Centre, Ambattur. I had to wait for more than 2 hours just to take delivery of my vehicle. The customer service was extremely poor, and there was no proper response or update from the delivery team throughout the wait. The only positive experience was with one lady staff member, who was the only person working sincerely and trying to help customers. The rest of the team seemed unresponsive and poorly coordinated. Ather should improve the delivery process, communication, and customer service at this service center. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.” — aswathy p, 2 months ago

“Better please close the service centre...worst service every single time...everytime they just dust the vehicle and deliver it back no proper checking or servicing the vehicle, worst team, always delayed delivery overall this is just a place of trouble....I don't see any improvement after multiple complaints raised to customer care.....they just don't care to improve the system and service.... seriously this time I am really disappointed... After complete service of ₹4500 they delivered the vehicle and it had a fault so I just went again to check now again they are charging for another new problem.... usually I have seen service centers where there resolve the issues and this is the one place where they create issue while servicing.....this would be the last time i ever give my vehicle for service in Ambattur.” — khaviya sethu, 4 months ago

“PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ATHER. We purchased Ather 450x just about a month ago. The sales and support was fantastic at the showroom. However, the service center and the support that Ather provides is pathetic. The vehicle has shut down despite having 83% charge and we called the service center to pick it up. They picked up the vehicle and did not bother to provide any update through out the day. I have called them several times asking for an update and only the receptionist attends the calls and they are yet to provide any update on the status of the vehicle. Service engineers are not willing to talk to the customers. The quality of service and the fact that they still havent found the issue makes me wonder about the quality of the product. We fell in the trap of an electric scooter and are paying the price now.” — Ashwin Selvaraj, a year ago
