The surrounding area was quite dirty and poorly managed, which made the overall experience less pleasant. I believe this is something that the management should take note of and address, as cleanliness plays a big role in customer comfort and the reputation of the brand. “The GoEC app is misleading customers. The amount shown in the app does not include GST. Only after pressing 'Start Charging' does it show a small GST amount, which most people won’t notice.
