“Avoid Parking or Charging! Parking Experience: 1/5 Customer Service: 1/5 Upon entering the garage, the kiosk failed to print a ticket, although the gate opened. As there was no on-site customer service available, I used the kiosk call button to report the issue immediately. The representative informed me that, regardless of the malfunction, I would be required to pay the “lost ticket” rate. I explained that we were in the garage for approximately 10 minutes solely to charge, and I offered a receipt as verification. Despite this, no alternative solution was provided. When I requested to speak with a manager, either on-site or by phone, I was told that no manager was available. The lack of on-site support, combined with an inflexible resolution process for equipment malfunction, resulted in a very disappointing experience.
