“Terrible service. We bought the parking pass, tried to find a spot and the garage was full, so we had to leave the gate because there was a line of cars behind us. I immediately contacted emergency and the lady said “grab a ticket and read it to me, and you are good to go”. When we returned and tried to leave, they wanted us to pay $45 dollars. I tried to explain the situation, told them what the lady said and the guy that works there provided no help a lot, was rude and disrespectful. “I specifically sought out this (more expensive) parking garage so that I could plug in my car. But when I arrived, only 1 out of the 4 "EV Only" parking spaces actually had an EV parked in it and plugged in, but the other 3 spaces were occupied by gasoline vehicles.
