“It was on my way back to the car rental location. Thought I'd put a little more on the battery (at 30%). The recoil cable pulled on the plug and possibly affected the way it seated in the charging receptacle. Turned the SUV around and tried again. I didn't back all the way in because it would block the charger completely. Car recognized the connection but it would not sync with the EVgo app. Gave up. Returned the vehicle.
