What drivers have written
“I’ve used the EV chargers at the Buddy Bear Car Wash locations on 71st and 83rd a couple of times each. My first visit to both locations was a good experience overall. The only issue was that it took quite a bit of strength to pull and turn the charger to plug it in. Once connected, though, everything worked well. I liked being able to vacuum and clean my car while it charged—it felt very convenient. Unfortunately, my later visits were frustrating. I had to wait for people who weren’t driving EVs to finish using the spaces, and when I finally got access, some of the chargers weren’t working. Overall, it’s a great idea and very convenient when it works, but availability and reliability need improvement.” — Ashley Williams, 5 months ago
“It took many attempts to get the chargers to initialize. Had to try several to find one that would work” — Ross S., 2 months ago
“Great concept poorly executed. Chargers are frequently broken or difficult to start or gas cars frequently taken up the space. The $50 hold is too much if they have some sort of membership program it’s difficult to find.” — Oliver “LordLion-O” Hart, 3 weeks ago
