“They need more chargers and on a lower level. It takes forever to get to the chargers on the fifth floor. PLUS it costs to be in the garage if you can't validate your ticket. Make sure to preheat your battery, especially in the winter! That said, it takes some work, but I was there when the mall was open and got my parking ticket validated by taking the elevator to floor 2 (not 2p lol) and going to Burlington coat factory. “I think this location is the best location.....a little secluded due to it being on the 5th floor of a parking garage. It charges faster than most. But if you do happen to go....try to go when the mall is open .. so you won't have to pay $6 for parking.. you can't stop in one of the stores and get free validated parking for 90 minutes.” — Danielle Sr., 2 years ago
