“Do not use. Took 30 minutes to try initiating charging, then the session immediately stopped and customer service hung up. Called again and a second customer service agent hung up. Shell seems to have reworked the back end for EV charging and broke it. The app now required me to create a new account to charge in Canada. To add a credit card, I would need a Canadian phone number (US number did not work), which I don't have. I tried paying with google pay, and that failed.
