“I drive an MG Windsor electric car, and one day while returning home to Surat from Salagpur with my father, we faced a big issue. Since we were in an EV, we needed to stop for charging, but unfortunately, none of the chargers on the way were working. Finally, we reached Ramdev Hotel near Dhandhuka where we saw a Charge Port charger. To our bad luck, even that charger wasn’t working initially. But there was a mobile number written on it, and when I called, to my surprise, Mr. Parag Shah, the founder of Charge Port himself, picked up the call. He immediately took action and got the charger working for us. At that time, our car battery was literally at 0%, and we couldn’t move even a kilometer further. If Parag bhai hadn’t helped us that day, we would have been stuck there overnight.
