“The charger station appeared to be working, but it said it was not charging. Plus the adapter stayed locked in my car's port. There was no phone number to contact customer service on the charger, and the app doesn't have a direct link for a number. They tell you to go to the website, which is very challenging to find a phone number there. The customer service rep could unlock the adapter from my car, but could not get it to charge.
