“Unfortunately, despite previous reports of it not being too busy early in the morning, all 4 spaces were full at a little after 10 AM, none were charging over 100 kW despite ratings of 300 kW. I went back at about 11 and two were open. I could not get one to charge my card. I got stuck in a loop where it kept saying plug in, although I was plugged in. I found one which did accept my car, but not my card, it kept saying no such card exists. I was able to use my app. I ended up charging at well under 100 kW, it took 37 mins to go from 40-70%. My car no ever showed a rate over 58 kW. I gave up at 70%. When i left there were three cars waiting to use the chargers. Such performance is not good to promote EVs.” — steven marcus, a year ago
