“This charger is the OPPOSITE of every other charger I have used. I plugged in and pulled up the Autel app and nothing. After 3 tries I kicked the machine and the nice lady charging next to me got out and said the app doesn’t work and you don’t plug in first. The sun was very bright so I couldn’t see the screen well. Apparently there is a credit icon you have to touch on the screen, then tap your card, then plug in.
