“As the only fast charging station for miles, it was a relief to find this station. We are not members of this community, and yet we're able to come in and charge and even pop into their lodge for a few minutes. They have a gift shop and restaurant inside and a beautiful view. “The CCS crarger is here and it is free. When I got here the "trouble" light was illuminated on the charger and it would not charge when plugged into my car. I was able to find the mains to the station and power cycle it (nobody was using the CHAdeMO charger) and the ready light came on! Once I plugged in it worked fine, but it looks like it is limited to 30 amps, which is good for about 14mph in the Polestar 2 EV (YMMV). Overall a great spot, I just wish they cleared more snow from in front or limited parking so that two EVs could use the charger. Of course DC fast charge would be even better, but we've got plenty of time/with views like this from the restaurant. I dont mind paying for a tank of gas for a "free" (and fantastic) Eggs Benedict. Hotel staff: keep this charger running and add some signage so your restaurant can earn more customers, y'all deserve it.” — L M, 3 years ago
