“First of all, you MUST HAVE a Flo account to use this charger. If you do the charger works as defined. Actually, better than most chargers I've used, because it shows the power your vehicle is requesting from the charger. You can watch your charging slow and decide it's time to move on. If you have the Flo app installed, charge status is updated on your phone in real time. Possible to grocery shop at Heinen's while your car charges. The display on the Flo kiosk is an old fashioned LED bar display. As a result information is more visible than most ChargePoint and EVGo displays where sun and weather beat up the display screens making them unreadable in some cases.” — M Thompson, a year ago
