“There are 4 stations and 5 plugs. 2 are L1 and were functioning properly. The 3 L2 chargers were all down. 1 was offline and had a black screen, 1 was stuck in “still charging” mode, and one is severely damaged and unusable. ChargePoint support was able to reboot one of the L2 chargers reasonably promptly, but it was pretty annoying trying to figure out what to do (since I had about 17 miles of range left and couldn’t possibly make it anywhere else). “Charging was just fine, it's well lit, the gas station near by has snacks and restrooms. However the chargers suffer a lot of heat damage and the screens prevent you from being able disconnect from the charger in the timely manner you want to disconnect.
