“The charging facility is decent enough with options for slow charging as well as fast charging. But sadly there's no one to manage the space. Visitors including shoppers who come to the Brookfields mall haphazardly park their Non-EV (electric vehicles) and go away making it difficult for EV owners to charge our cars if needed. These are the images which I took around 6:30 in the evening hours on a weekday. Imagine this on a weekend or a holiday. This is not the first time that this is happening. I hope not just Zeon, but all other EV Charging facility providers take some measures or steps like putting a temporary barricade or something to avoid such situations. I don't have any complaints about the service provided by ZEON. My only complaint is regarding the manner in which people irresponsibly park their ICE vehicles in parking spaces dedicated exclusively for Electric Vehicles for Charging.” — Adharsh S, a year ago
